Its partially due to fact that that I used highest shutter speed I could get without increasing ISO thus reducing field of depth whilst preventing increased noice especially in the corners The color of the background helped a lot as well

Never good at photographing birds...combination of the lack of patience, lack of variety in the city area and a decent zoom
