No memory of what watch I was wearing, but it was a manual or automatic wind... July 1960 As a kid growing up in the 1950s I remember seeing a Time, Life, or NatGeo color photo of a Rolex Pan Am GMT (Albino / Vanilla Coke GMT-Master)... it was gorgeous. T...  

For the first time i saw a Breitling Navitimer, it was absolutely something special. The scale at the side, the sort of bazel edge bubbling, the lcd displays. For me the iconic Navitimer are watches to collect. Two peaces, the historical one and a modern ...

Christmas morning, 1964 My first watch came about five Christmases later, a Timex from my oldest sister, the same sister who gave me the robot. ...  

One year we got a "computer" game as a present... there were punch cards about the size of a business card and "somehow" the computer could answer the question on the card ;-) That's some robot... I wish I could have held on to my old watch... Casey

Since mine didn't survive more than a couple years of childhood abuse, about ten years ago I searched for, and found, this replacement. He now stands in a corner in my studio, occasionally sporting a watch... And your punch-card computer game sounds very ...  

Hasbro THINK-A-TRON (1960) was the "computer" game we had...

The first thing that comes to mind as I see again this picture is the beach in Genova where I used to go with my mother as a child...even the same swimming pool is still there! The second is that, while I became much, much less good looking growing up, I'...

...my sister just moved into a new house and is pulling stuff out of boxes. She sent me a bunch of photos of me as a kid and a teen that she had prints of (she took pix from her phone). Damn, I had some hair back then...and skinny too!

I love old photos... my original photo was recently sent to me by my brother... first time to see myself playing ping-pong... shoe boxes of the world unite ; ) Casey

Payback... here's one of my younger brother from 1973... living in the USA Midwest, he and I went to London & Paris to buy a car... long story, but it was an eye opening experience Archive photos are great... Casey ...
