Panasonic LX 100 ii & D Lux 7 are virtually the same camera, but the Panasionic version comes at a more sensible price. I mentioned having the Q only to show I am not a Leica hater 
There are some very capable macro shooters on the site including you. For me I'm just starting to have an interest in macro, so plenty to learn. Macro staging and lighting is work.
Given it's short 28mm lens, the Q doesn't strike me as a great choice for macro shooting.
