I went for a walk ...

 By: fernando : September 16th, 2020-00:16
this morning, in the hope of losing weight. The weather cleared up after yesterday's rain storm and the flowers were in bloom. Dragon boat training? After about an hour, I had the urge to quench my thirst and I looked for a watering hole. The phone camera...

More relaxing measures this coming Friday.

Pools will be opening - I miss my swim. Very observant my friend - started walking at 11.24am.

Good plan!

And I will meet my new coach tmr to prepare me for big ocean swims. Weekly mileage at 15km, and it is very tiring. I am always sleepy. This goal is very effective in distracting me from thinking of watches.=( i now must save for the bookings to be made.

Good luck! Do it when you can. You won't regret it looking back.

I don't know about you but I can sometimes almost fall asleep whilst doing laps.

I hallucinate after 5km

That the water and sky become one. The breathing and strokes feel automatic. Slowly I’m disappearing from this community due to this obsession. Go slowly first buddy, and then slowly increase the mileage. Maybe, I’d wear a Rolex to swim the channel...hehe...

Pls. document your channel crossing, especially with the Rolex. :)

5k is unimaginable for me.

Yes I will do that in pictures

It’s a different lifestyle now, focused on defeating myself and being reborn in a new stronger mind.

Texture and colour...

Your camera understands all of your focusing needs ; ) The danger of refreshments is that one thing leads to another. Time well spent... we benefit and enjoy your 'walk'... lovely, Casey .

The phone is very handy these days.

And they are indeed smart! Maybe a different location next time without the temptations.

Very nice PO Fernando!

Is it the 39mm version? It was a great ending for your walk. Best. René

Even if I have the first gen in 42mm

When I saw the 39.5 I thought it is like the perfect size for me. Enjoy it very much as you already do! Best. René

Cool pics my friend 👌

Not sure you lost weight but you had a good time for sure 😉

Thank you Mike.

You are right, as long as we enjoy ourselves, the weight can wait.

Good to be able to take a break under current times..

Nice contrast in your first photo...you can try harder today...like get 2 beers 🍻 maybe😁. Enjoy!

Are you sure it's the camera that has a mind of its own?

I think that would mean all your cameras are pretty independent; unruly even. Getting past that however, I think those first two photos are terrific; and the first, not just focusing on the plants but removing everything else from the frame...

I still haven't figured out how to out-walk...

...my wine intake during the lockdown. I think the guys rowing are the ones doing it the right way : )
