I remember we set out really early for this ride down the Yulong river, as in close to pitch dark. The raft men didn’t want to telling us it was too early and that there was nothing to see. Of course, they weren’t photographers so they didn’t understand. ...

So this is a compelling piece. The composition is on point and the color balance is first rate. All I can say is, given the sane opportunity I would have made the same choices.
