 Some plants especially through the leaves exclude water that is excess in their sales this process is called Guttation it is often mistaken for dew

I've never noticed this specimen before, but of all the plants on our patio, this was the only one catching the dew. First flight out Watch chosen to match my shirt. Cazalea ...

I suspect that is the correct answer to the presence of the water on this plant. Mike
