😆 It's one of the plinths at Leicester Square, London. I believe it was meant for a William IV statue but due to funding was not realised and so it stayed empty for over 140-odd years.
They used the vacant plinth to host temporary art works for some years now.
Pass by on many occasions but seldom take a photo.
I think the best I can remember was the ship in a bottle.
