~Malibu Pier~
Since I was 'aching' to drive the new truck after completing my firearms requalification course this morning, I decided to take a leisurely drive up the 405 and the coastline to the Malibu Pier, which I haven't visited in quite some time........ It turned out to be a highly opportune moment as the traffic on freeway 1 was flowing nicely, and the Pier itself wasn't crowded.... Some very pleasant, relaxing moments were thoroughly enjoyed 
!!....
There was even a very similar spec King Ranch driving next to me, all the way from the Santa Monica Pier to the Malibu Pier....

Even the firearm instructor conducting the test was so amazed with my SIG P210 that I let him shoot it a bit, and he said it made his day ....
Nice pictures. I do the Malibu drive to Marina del Rey once a week to ride my bike on the bike path.
I first did it in 1986 and the whole Pacific Coast Highway drive is very special to me, riding along side the ocean in my Jeep, windows down, music blaring....
It's what makes....
this environment, as challenged as it has become due to political stupidity, one of the most alluring and enticing on the planet . Thanks for looking, cheers, Filip
