Now I wish they made the same buckle in stainless steel....It would have been cheaper and more resistant to scratches and dents,I believe the buckle is on of the most parts of the watch that suffer from wear

It's a non-brainer.
When the watch is costing around 45k, why not to sacrifice some 0.5k to get two perfect straps. It just takes some time & efforts. Best, Kari

These custom made straps are much better a fit indeed. The extended curved end will cover the extra gap and change the annoying 'after market' look! Congratulations!
