I know you also have the 5522 but the case is slightly different as well and it does not have the pushers on the side so a different look on the wrist.
My wrist size is around 6 1 /2 - 6 5/8" so slightly smaller than yours. That was why I thought that if I ever decide to get a Patek pilot-style watch, I would lean more towards the smaller size since it fits your wrist well and would most likely to the same for me 😁👍
