I'm so behind with the Internet these days that I'd almost missed this beauty!!:-) Lovely for women, and perhaps also for men, though personalIy I never had a 5077/100R with diamonds...
Can I ask at which AD you saw/were offered it, since I can see you are in Germany? I was passing by Munich a couple weeks ago, and the clock below (also from a past rare handcraft collection) was available at one of the ADs in town after it was turned down by the designated customer.
In the end I passed on the clock, but I would have jumped on a (men's) 5077 instantaneously
