First of all sorry about the video, couldn't figure out how to upload it.

My AD has taken the watch and have told me to rest assured that they will address whatever happened to the watch. The watch will go the NY service center first and they will look at it and hopefully it is something simple that can be addressed by them. I am hoping it is nothing major, because if it is the watch would go to Patek and that would mean 3-4 months. If that turns out to be the case, then not sure how I am going to feel about it.
Right now I am hoping it is a simple fix and I will get my watch back in a few weeks!

Btw, biggest risk of walking into the dealer ---- made another purchase!!!! A 5167A!! I guess, that just shows that my trust in the brand has not diminished!
