Yesterday I had the chance to see (and try) an amazing watch: not only 3940 is always a wonderful PC but if it has a unique dial then it becomes very special ! Because a picture is better than a long speech here it is... You don't see what is so special ?...

Not only to consider this piece, but to say no when it's not right for you! Well done. Also, this is beautiful, those subtle blue hands and that sundial! Now looking at the normal one isn't the same!

I did not affirm with certainty that these are the only 2 ones, I only said after immense search I did not find anywhere the single trace of such other dial than these 2.This is why I said "the challenge is to find another one" like this one, but my convi...

Have been yearning for an Italian dial 3940 for some time, but the X takes the biscuit! Have never encountered such a thing. Research mission unleashed. Many thanks for sharing.

The leap year numbers are in same orientation of the 24 hours numbers, which I find it is much more harmonious
