The 7200R-010
was produced in a limited edition of 80 pieces in conjunction with the Patek Philippe exhibition in London in 2015. Although destined as a ladies model, the black Breguet numerals and hands in my opinion add a more masculine feel than the regular 7200R-001 with its gold Breguet numerals and non Breguet gold hands.

Not too long ago
the 3919 at 33mm was a man's watch so the 34.6mm 7200R should surely also be classified at least as a unisex watch.
In the metal, it is exquisite!

Great, unique pieces from Patek there. The 7200 R was very tempting, when I handed it.

Richard N Indeed...even Patek Philippe makes 59,000 watches per annum according to a guide. I don't know how many of those watches have hinged covers and humans adjusting each one.....today. Regards MTF

but only 200 to 300 5099RG were produced so a higher degree of attention was inevitable then.
