So this new 5711/1A is a regular production and not the rumor end of line model?

 By: Clueless_Collector : April 6th, 2021-22:14
It sure looks good, and looks like the new Twenty-4 was a hint. I wonder why green becomes the new color of the year?

Many thanks for the update

 By: DOCSF : April 6th, 2021-22:17
The new models are now on the website with pricing. It doesn't say 5711/1A-014 or 5711/1300A being a limited production model.

It is clear from their press release 2021 will be the last production year of 5711/1A.

 By: DOCSF : April 7th, 2021-08:26
However it is not very clear whether it would be the same for 5711/1300A-001

 By: TheCollector1688 : April 6th, 2021-22:19
Looks like the 5711 will live on afterall...just dial color changes

I changed my order to /1300A earlier today.

 By: Pretty Boy : April 7th, 2021-13:12
Let’s see if I can get one. I would assume it’s going to be produced in much lower numbers than /1A-014.

Agree, it’s also 2.5 times the price of the /1A.

 By: Pretty Boy : April 7th, 2021-13:36
My wife just asked me if I’m insane being prepared to pay EUR 50k for a couple of tiny baguette diamonds. 😂

I totally agree...

Ok, just woke up

Another colour, it's not the new 6711😅

Thank you

Having breakfast but brain still turned off. My fault 😅 It doesn't seem that there will a shift from Nautilus collection 😉

 By: FabR : April 6th, 2021-22:51

It looks stunning

 By: DOCSF : April 6th, 2021-23:19

New version of Unobtainus? :)

 By: Rei : April 6th, 2021-23:21
I thought no more 5711, is this the farewell version? Or 5711 blue is no more, only 5711 green from now on? Nevertheless, love them all. Wish others like 5712 could be more available since collectors now will gor for this 5711 green or the new 5990. Thank...

Agree! 👍🏼

 By: Rei : April 6th, 2021-23:51
Interesting indeed...

If these prices are correct I see another price increase ASAP

 By: CastorKrieg : April 7th, 2021-02:18
Since the US prices do not include VAT. Wouldn't be surprised if the price will increase 5-10% before the end of June.

Yep, I received these prices directly from Patek, and are essentially the same as those available on the official site (+/- $3, for some reason :-)

 By: FabR : April 7th, 2021-07:31
I assume the MSRP for these latest models won't change for at least several months, but of course there's no guarantee. You should be able to see the MSRPs in euros on from your location, and those are inclusive of VAT. Cheers ;-)

What a beauty... Very nice but...

 By: Watches&Men : April 7th, 2021-01:16
What’s the asking price for this? Have we reached $150k? Haha

Where Is the 41 mm no date platinum 6711 LE?

 By: Patekphilippecollector : April 7th, 2021-03:11

+ 1

 By: Centurionone : April 7th, 2021-03:19
That's what I was hoping for too!

Nice one

 By: w220 : April 7th, 2021-05:06
Looks nice in green, and looking forward to "live" pictures and compare it to the blue dial. I predict the first 5711 green dial will be available at a gray dealer no later than July 1st this year.

That was fast delivery

Not sure if its allowed to post this link if not please delete. Myself not a big fan maybe I’m 1 of a 1000 in this regard 😂😂😂 good luck everyone in getting this one. Fram

Thanks Fab for this post ! 👍. Green 5711 looks great and this farewell version will...

 By: GLau : April 7th, 2021-06:24
make some unfortunate collectors become green with envy when they do not get allocations. 🤣

A good shade of green is very difficult IMO

 By: vitalsigns : April 7th, 2021-06:35
Easy to mess up...either too vibrant or too flat or too military or too boring. Not as true of shades of blue, many of which work well. Patek did a great job in selecting a subtle green for the dial of the new 5711. Well done! Cheers, John

i am from the minority who would have preferred the last version of 5711...

 By: Watches_passion : April 7th, 2021-07:10
to stay blue... Green is very flashy for me but i am sure lots of people will queue for it. from the announcement, i feel the next star in the Nautilus line will be the 5990...

The green works well with military fatigues

Why is nobody talking about the circumstance that Patek is losing its credibility with this move?

By: Pour le Mérite : April 7th, 2021-12:48
But why do I wonder. Reactions were expected. The cult surrounding Patek is resilient to everything they do. I‘m done!

The green looks good on the Nautilus!

 By: jleno : April 7th, 2021-21:09
I'd definitely go with the baguettes

Spot on!

 By: RGS : April 8th, 2021-02:47
It is a proper farewell to the 5711/1A. The new reference then is obviously coming in 2022 and in a precious metal - at least for the first few years. My bet is on G, 41mm case, new clasp, no date (or date and no seconds - just hours, minutes ala 3700) It...

 By: Peter : April 11th, 2021-14:02
i find the 5980 1R hard on my (mannequin) wrist after a few hours and probably the 5990 1R will be the same or worse. strange but the platona wears more comfortably for me and the DD40 as well.

Yep, then I’m sure you might also find the 5990/1R rather hefty...personally, I find Nautilus bracelets extremely smooth and comfortable, but from what you say a 5990 is unlikely to go unnoticed on your wrist😉

 By: FabR : April 11th, 2021-14:58
It’d be interesting to compare 5980 and 5990 weights though, even with the A versions if someone had both handy!😉Thanks for commenting.

I’m digging the 5990...

 By: pfang56 : April 8th, 2021-07:13
One of the things I wished on the 1A is a blue dial much like the 5711, 5712, and the 5980 - so great to see it connected with RG Furthermore, the 5990 also has an incredibly useful set of complications - great for traveling and parking meters and cooking...

Just a reminder my friends of the new releases that will be announced *tomorrow* (Monday)! My understanding is they will be available for everyone on Patek's site starting at 2pm, CET (8am US Eastern).

 By: FabR : April 11th, 2021-12:39
I might show up a little later than that, as this announcement will overlap with a press meeting with Patek -- so please feel free to open any relevant threads as soon as the new models are out! I know many of you will also be watching out for the new Rar...

Excited for tomororw

Super excited for tomororw. Looking forward to the new releases.

I had to wake up at 5 am the past two days

To play golf. What’s one more day?? I’m exhausted but wild horses couldn’t keep me away. Hoping for some nice cheddar!
