i have pp 5146 1 j and i change the date every february. it has worked very well. make sure you have it checked for waterproof every year. comgratulations you have what i think a real patek. thanks jgarcia

who needs a perpetual, you only have to make an adjustment once every 4 years with the 5146.. i planned to get a 5146J slate dial but with all the price increases its now outside what i wanted to pay such a beautiful watch,
