One screw on the “tang buckle end” of the strap and then just put the strap end through the other end and fasten the hook in the strap’s hole, just as easy

But the pic does show a tang buckle and not deployant from what I can see.

You can polish shoes and they look like new again. A new strap makes the whole watch look new, if of course you have treated her good 😉

And need to put the buckle back on the new strap. I am actually thinking about buying the tools but as I will be around the boutique this weekend anyway I’d rather get it done by pros though Kev
