Love it! Have Ben looking for one myself. However the new movement in the 5204 is far superior. People forget the 5004 had many problems with the movement

and Patek resolved the issue when the watch was sent to service. The 5204 is a beautiful watch but in my opinion 5004 is the ultimate classic. Only time will tell which watch will be treasured more by collectors. Many people missed out on the 5004 because... 

Technical issues were largely pre-2003, and Patek serviced many of them. Any idea how many 5004s were produced in which metal / dial colour?

Good to hear. I am looking for that exact 5004P or the Black Baton version. There is a black baton in Italy for way to much. As for count. I think there are probably 750 at most total pieces of the 5004 (about 50 per year). Probably a little less because ... 

only made about 12, 5004s per year. I also think collectors have spoke when the last 5004A was released and it's now going for crazy money in the secondary market.
