The wheel that wobbles is normal. The rotor making noises is normal as long as the noise isn't terribly loud.

I found exactly the same thing, when I went from wearing a Rolex, which rotor I could never hear. But I soon learnt that it was perfectly normal. Enjoy your lovely Patek.
