If i was to meet someone at a cocktail party and saw their watch was a 52mm bronze jewelled diver, my opinion would probably be very different to what I would say. And therein lies the problem. It is often easy to argue that opinions should be free and unfettered, yet at the same time the forum requests that opinions are not offensive. Its tricky. And tricky for the multitude of reasons i mentioned.

It takes too much from the elegance of it
To me it is becomming a clearly Bauhaus design watch, which is not a design I like. I love the dynamic elegance of this G model, with ist cool blue strap. So my personal verdict is: no, it does not work.
