I have a great deal or sympathy for the point you are trying to make. There can be a tendency for people to transpose their own taste onto others. Similarly, one can see situations where what is deemed "correct", "tastful", "relevant" etc etc etc is seen as factual whereas it is only an opinion. I truly can see the point you are making.
However, this is the problem. The forum is composed of literally dozens of different nationalities. Although english is the common language, it is seldom the main language of the poster on these forums. That, in itself, creates a Pandora's Box of potential interpretation issues. Secondly, the range of accepted norms for manners (even within the same nationality) is stunningly broad. What one person sees as very rude is seen as perfectly normal and well-intentioned by another. Into this cocktail, one can throw a range of other issues such as financial background, educational background, upbringing, age, sex, etc etc etc. These all combine into making it a very broad spectrum of angles that arrive in a post.
Although your aims and objectives are logical and well-intentioned, from a practical perspective it is extremely hard to achieve. The reality is that one needs a 1-2 standard deviation around your mean to allow meaningful dicussion in a practical sense.
