I hope these help. Love the 5227r and tried it at various AD’s a dozen times. Here are some pics that might help. I have a 7 inch wrist, fairly round; on me the watch sits flat and the lugs stick out more than I wish an elegant 39mm business watch should, so could never pull the trigger. I might suggest you try it on first (not too hard to find, new or used). Also included a pic of an 1815 chrono from my last visit to the NYC boutique, to help cross reference my wrist vs yours. Hi Tony, I do recall trying out 5227j at Patek almost four years back but landed buying 5153G later year. Here is wrist shot of same in yellow gold. Hope it helps. Fascinating dial with sharp hands. You will love this classic Calatrava. Photo is not sharp...
