If you can accept the 'possibility' of 20% depreciation of a 5078P which kinda amounts to around $60-70k......
then you are ready to buy.
As I just said, it is just a 'possibility' and most likely, you may not even lose a dime.
So if you love the watch, go for it 
If mentally, you are prepared for that 'depreciation', this watch only cost you that amount.
And if you wear it, experience it for a few years, I think it is worth the 'rental' fee.
You only live once.
Personally, I think it is better to experience this when you are in the 30s and actually after tasting it, you may eventually feel
that what you need is just a very simple watch. It's a whole process.
