5711P special client is just pure Patek DNA for understated elegance!

That's the other beauty I meant, congrats on owning one! :-) I recall it was a LE offered to select clients, but never knew any numbers on its production.

I would guess they certainly made more than for instance a rare handcraft, but probably far less than, e.g., the 5711P 40th anniversary... Do you have any estimate on how many were produced?

some said less than 30 since 2013 in fact the first one in the world has been delivered December 2012

Great to your 5711 40th in its natural aquatic environment ! A couple of question: 1 - how similar / different are the blue dials ? 2 - what does Patek advise on the aquatic capabilities of the 5740 ?

Prices of WG would drop and that would seriously irritate some of the very collectors PP have rewarded by offering them this watch.
