I'm always interested what the owners feel about the fragility of the enamel dial.
It seems like all emphasis are being placed on the perfection of the dial...meaning it must not have any hairline crack or blemish.
Doesn't this put alot of pressure on the wearer?
I adore the Simplicity and Beauty of this watch but I'm not sure I will actually dare to wear it, considering that it is a vintage dial and most likely extremely fragile.
It may crack just because of the temperature change (will it ?) , a sudden shock or even during routine servicing by a non
master patek watchmaker......too many probability.
Sorry to sound pessimistic but I really adore this piece and would like to know what an owner thinks when having such precious possession.
