there's no such reference (that means other than Patek Philippe's archives ;-) ), neither in form of a book or online.
There are certain models with more or less seriously researched production history and numbers - but that's it.
If something like this would exist, I guess it would be a dream and a nightmare at the same time - depending on which side you are

There is a database in England but they would never give out any numbers.
