Hello All, After a long hiatus due to covid, finally our GTG resumed in earnest with a theme for

Calatravas !

Although we could not exceed the last GTG with 34 pieces and 5 PuristS, (  www.watchprosite.com  

we were able to go 1 up on the GTG prior with Sports theme with 19 watches with 4 PuristS (  www.watchprosite.com  .

We drank and talked shop first as the appetizers without bringing out our Calatravas.  When we brought the watches out, took photos and inspected them, this session was the shortest of our GTG.  

Main course was next a served with a healthy discussion on matters such as the state of the horological world, new allocation policy, expanding watch buyer base, Tiffany 5711, etc., with Tomahawk paired with Italian and French wines as side dishes.

Although the watch market has been on a roller coaster ride since over a year ago from our last GTG, our horological passion continues but we also understand that the industry continues to evolve.  When we departed, we were scratching our heads to figure out what the next theme should be !
