Great watch, great photos.
I own this exact reference and posted about it recently, so I'm biased. I believe this is one of the most attractive, functional, and comfortable pieces I own. The power reserve is especially useful when traveling with several watches. And wearing it around the house these days takes a little sting out of being stuck in lockdown mode.

Fantastic AC, I have the 5146J and it will stay with me for a long time.
like you I fell in love with the cream dial (Patek does them best). I still don't understand why the 5146 is so underrated in the market.
