Finishing on new cal. 324 / ref. 5296 still looks pretty good . . .

I'm always hearing that Patek finishing isn't what it used to be. But the finishing of the cal. 324 in my brand new 5296 appears to be executed quite well--certainly not Dufour-worthy, but unquestionably top tier and no better or worse than what it was decades ago. Or am I missing something? Love to hear some tough scrutiny.
