Perhaps that's pecial for Patek, but Ulysse Nardin have been doing that for about 20 years on all their dual-, travel- and +/- watches. Even day+date change possibility to skip 29 february 2100 on their perpetuals.
Having said that, at least this watch looks like you can drop it and wear it again after a quick wipe. And that to me is a very big plus.
