Congrats on your new watch. I have the same one and you certainly hear it's presence. Perhaps it's the thinness of the case. But regardless, it is entirely normal. I love the silvery shimmer of light on the dial. Also the warmth of rose gold is something ... 

I found exactly the same thing, when I went from wearing a Rolex, which rotor I could never hear. But I soon learnt that it was perfectly normal. Enjoy your lovely Patek.

Your watch's design is from a reference 96 from many years ago that also had the sector dial design. Beautiful watch and congratulations! The wheel that wobbles is normal. The rotor making noises is normal as long as the noise isn't terribly loud. Enjoy y...
