Congrats on your new watch. I have the same one and you certainly hear it's presence. Perhaps it's the thinness of the case. But regardless, it is entirely normal. I love the silvery shimmer of light on the dial. Also the warmth of rose gold is something special.

I found exactly the same thing, when I went from wearing a Rolex, which rotor I could never hear. But I soon learnt that it was perfectly normal. Enjoy your lovely Patek.
