Patek Philippe

This is a new addition and a great watch. The comments about seeing it in the flesh are true. The dial goes from light gray to dark blue and all in between. Time timing is easy with the hour dial on top....  

Still no1 on my wishlist, although it could change in the next few days. Tried it many times, it\'s a wonderful watch. Best

I saw it last year at the Patek presentation on the wrist of a collector and it looked fantastic. I'm usually not a fan of brushed dials like this but this one is very pleasing to look at. Great choice and great picture as it shows quite well how the dial...

I'm confused by this reference though. What's the purpose/historical significnace? Very rare to see this type of watch so hoping someone can indulge my curiosity.

While I can appreciate the detail and technical advances, it definitely isn't for me. 40.5 cm is outside my comfort zone for this style of watch, and for me this regulator style dial just isn't intuitive. It's a unique piece though and undoubtably appeals... 

Its not every bodies cup of tea, but it might be....
