Anyone have experience with Patek's US West service center?

My Chronometro Gondolo 5098 went to the shop a while back, and the service proposal was approved on November 20th. Just curious as to what service turnaround times have been like for anyone else.

The repair is for overwinding (bad, bad me!) and since the 5098 has been out of production for a while, I imagine there could be some wait time on parts. (Not to mention COVID and the holiday season.)
