The Patek Philippe Ref. 2458 is extremely rare and significant.
First, it is the reference of the legendary J.B. Champion Observatory watch (dedicated thread here).
Then, the regular examples feature dots & pyramid indexes at 3 and 9 o'clock, like the also very rare "Empire" Calatrava (dedicated thread here).
