I didn't know about the Saatchi pieces either, until I walked into the Napoleon room. I made my interest known, and was allocated one. I offer this as encouragement for all Purists out there, because the only other PP in my collection at that time was a humble 5146p. I am "nobody", but it is perhaps an echo of Napoleon's aphorism "better to be lucky than good". So, happy hunting folks- don't be discouraged - set your heart on something and go for it!
PS the piece in this thread is an absolute masterpiece, I love it!

I originally fancied the black dial but would prefer it to be enamel
but since I now have the 5370, I may shoot for a rose gold instead. After all, they say RG produces the best sound....

Sorry I missed your post because I moved house, and changed to a new smart phone at the same time, and somehow was unable to log on
the Purist Mark was able to respond with his thread (btw, his pictures are great). I, on the other hand, prefer manual wind watches. I have a hard time setting the automatic watches to 10 past 10 as there often is unconsumed energy....funny habit I know....
