5726... nice in the metal, but thicker than expected.

I had the chance to see this novelty yesterday. The dial is very nice and the symmetry plays well (funny comment from a proud 5712 owner). But the thickness is « currently » blocking me. And I much prefer the 5980 when it comes to « thick Nautilus ». BTW,...  

I tried it too but was not disturbed by the thickness

Of course it makes quite a difference vs the 5712 but for me it works well. As a 5712 owner too I could easily be tempted for the different thicker case gives a different feeling and look to it even if it is a Nautilus. I ‘ll wait for mine to arrive and t... 

In my opinion no new watch is worth more then retail price. And quite a few isn’t worth retail price 😂

In my opinion look for something else if you can’t buy it at retail price.

But i would order it and wait 3 years buy at retail and buy another watch that is available that you can enjoy (for the difference in retail en Hyped up price) during the wait for the watch you really want . But the good thing with humans they can’t norma...

It’s not just thicker it’s also wider than the 5712.

Basically the 5726 sits right between the 5711/12 and 5980. It has the same width as the 5980 just not as thick. For me it’s the perfect size actually as I find the 5711 bracelet feels a bit too fragile.
