My experiences with HS in NYC have been great. The people there are always very attentive, nice and sympathetic to your desire to have your watch. My repair person there has been nothing but fantastic. AP has been a similar experience. There is another Swiss watch co who is the King of assertional brands where every time I go it makes me want to sell them all! So it nice to know that some brands treat you as a valued customer. happy Holidays to you all
