A difficult decision between this new one and the 5140...

I like the size of this one, but the smaller more discreet size of the 5140 is also great.

Another problem for all perpetual calendar users, for those who travel between different timezones a lot, I'm constantly worried about getting the watch desynchronized after changing backwards timezones.  Living in California means just about anywhere you travel to you're changing the time forwards, but when you return to California, you're changing the time backwards which is worrisome on a perpetual.  Sometimes on watches with calendar or moonphases I just let the watch run down and just advance it forward at a later date.

The biggest caveat of this new model is that it comes on a standard buckle where the 5140 has the deployant or deployment buckle, which is far more desirable!
