Not for me.
If i am in your shoes, i will never trade the three models that you have mentioned for a 5270/1R. Its basically giving away two watches, the 5130, 5124, and another $15k, just for a gold bracelet. Its a no go for me.

I think that if it fits your arm nicely and you would wear it often, it would be an interesting move. Why keep 3 watches that you are not that hot about anyways?
