I set the time today as it died somehow when I wore it (didn't move enough as it's still stay home period), I gave a 40 turns clockwise but I read (after I set the time) that cal 324 must be anticlockwise? Did I damage my watch? It runs as usual now. Than...

Hi, Rei, don't worry. You are correct to manually wind it clockwise for 40 turns.

The user manual said wind it for 10 turns before proceeding with the rest if the movement has stopped running. But I usually wind it a bit more, around 30 turns. The counterclockwise setting is referring to winder only. Best, Henry

Ah, so I am safe πŸ˜…

I instinctively wound clockwise 20 turns, set the time then I think gave another 10-20 before screwing the crown back to make sure it runs as I may not move my hands enough. Thank you Henry

I will Sir πŸ™ (nt)

Now the winder is for the rotor movement

Good to hear 😊

Ahh! There's some confusion here.

For all 324 models including the 324 SC: You manually wind the crown clockwise. You wind the automatic watch on a watch winder anti-clockwise.
