I saw the set displayed at the Patek museum many years ago..
I recall that it didn’t sell out immediately when it was released..
There were ads at WSJ advertising the watch.. $20.5K YG, $22K RG and WG. Customers placed their name with Tiffany. When released, some backed out and waitlist customers were called.
