Thanks, ezinhk. I think the blue dial of 5740 resembles that of 5711P, which is a kind of lighter and metallic blue. But it lacks the gradient style with dark periphery of 5711/5712.
Couldn't say which one is nicer. Best to have ....... both.
I have both but really prefer the 5740 dial , it always plays with the light and offer a new hue

Walking is good excersise. You walk 2 kms you could burn between 300 500 calories.
