Use a winder to test

 

I  don't have a simple answer by just looking at the watch.

I will put the watch in the watch winder and set it in clockwise (CW) and wait for a couple of days. If the watch does not stop, the winding should be CW or bidirectional (then I will try it in counterclockwise (CCW), to see if it is bidirectional). If it stops, the winding should be CCW.
