Until then, he’s using you to make his life a bit easier. Check for yourself what resellers would offer for it, but I suspect it’d be around the €47K mark.

FYI, Blowers in the UK (well known and respected reseller) has one for £47K (€55K), less whatever you can negotiate off it.

My gut instinct surmises they paid £40K or thereabouts, so you shouldn’t be paying more as “a friend” and a private sale with no real legal protection in-built, like you would if it was a commercial transaction. Like you’ve said, the watch has to gel with...
