I will keep it, also because this is my first and only perpetual calendar ....
I agree with you independent have crazy pieces, i like a lot what Rexhapi is doing but i m also a bit worried about what will happen in 10 years .... Will they be able to maintain the watch etc etc ... while with PP, it is like RR or Ferrari, no real worries as long as you can pay for it smile

Back to the 5320G ... thanks for looking!

When it was first introduced in 2017, I was attracted to the clean, balanced dial and the retro-looking way of displaying day/dates. And I like the whole art deco-ish style about it. From time to time, a glimpse the watch did herald a few minutes of wild ...

I too am attracted to this model for pretty much the same reasons. I also like the healthy dose of lume on a watch that is not a divers watch or sporty in any way.

Yes indeed

I saw the 5320g online the day it was announced at Basel in 2017. From that first look, I knew I had to have it! Now it’s been considerably over a year since I bought mine, brand new from an AD in Los Angeles. The 5320 has been my daily wearer and is very...

Thanks Bauform... I too, love this watch and have been following your posts.

Like you, I bought it from AD at retail and most Patek PCs (except the nautilus), the secondary market price tend to be lower. This watch marks an important career milestone and is a keeper. Stay well!

I own this

And I am satsified with this #5320. It stands in unique & specaial position in the Patek price was very high until 2018 but has come down reasonable now

is that so ?

I love the look too.. it is something in the genre of 5235g which I own..

I too had intention to get the 5320 back few years ago but I didn’t have the chance to acquire one.. fast forward to this year.. I saw three pre owned selling with box and papers full set in mint condition at way below retail price (around 30% off and is ...

Thanks Jen! 30% discount from retail (I think, for BNiB is even possible) certainly makes the value proposition compelling.

Thanks too for noticing the strap; it was originally a light grey/blue Patek strap and a leather atelier dyed it for me 😊. All the best to your pursuit!

I like this watch for many reasons

some of them you already mentioned. To me it seems, as one of the very few perpetual calender watches that can be worn on a daily basis, no matter where you are and what you wear. Something is holding me back, though, in buying it. Enjoy it! Regards, Geor...

Very nice watch

I can see 1591 written all over it

Thanks DOCSF! 😊

 By: Monopole : August 18th, 2020-02:28
And yes, there’s strong resemblance to the 1591. Saw the Ref 1591 at Patek’s Grand Exhibition last year - when the world was a different place then. ...

Love

Love mine since day 1 too ... The only thing that i can hardly understand is that i have never seen or read any negative feedback on this watch ... (in general either neutral or positive) but ..... when you see the trend it is one watch that loses value o...

Thanks Chris... totally understand the “love” bit.

My observation - in general - is that the watch buying population is becoming more and more polarised between Sports and Dress watches. With casual dressing and now Covid working from home arrangements, the role of dress watches perhaps, may be taking a b...

I had the pleasure to try it on last summer in the UK

At an AD in a small village which was lovely. The case has a touch of baroque in it but I really liked it. I am not too surprised that this is a luke warm piece second hand: not steel and not sport. Hard but simple.

Thanks yacomino, glad you liked the 5320G too. The topic of Exit watches deserves a long thread of its own. 😄

Personally, I have been vexed by how i would/should approach watch collecting when I am 60, 70 or even 80. Another discussion for another day. Stay well!

Such a nice watch!

One of my favorites!

It does get lost in the collection because of all the focus on the sports watch craze and relatively high price point. However, for me, it fits perfectly as a "simple" grand complication that is legible, versatile, warm yet sharp and executed very well. I...

why is the market price so reasonable?

 By: anaroku : August 18th, 2020-20:38
I think two reason --- 1 perepetual cacendar(PC) is not so popular and people who are interested in PC model prefer formal classic type. 2 this dial looks somehow plastic and acrylic in other word cheap material. but even though I love #5320 and I like th...

I love that combo. Just about to buy my 5320 Do you happen to know the specification of that strap. Is it a PP supplied strap. It sets the watch on fire. I love it. Is it this one from the PP catalogue ...

Love the design of this watch, especially the...
