When we met in Paris at the beginning of the year I was still using my Leica Q2 for watch photographs! I realized afterward that 28mm isn't ideal for close-up work...

Leica M10-R with a 90mm macro-elmar-m

And varying lengths of extension tubes depending on how close I want to shoot. It's certainly not an ideal setup either (especially because using a standard mirrorless camera would be a lot easier and less expensive), but it does the job.
