Good question, I was actually curious myself when I bought the watch, but so far it runs at very steady 4s/d.
I took the watch to Patek for regulation, and they informed me that the watch needs a service since it was never opened in its twenty year in existence. But sadly it has to go to Geneva, to the high complication department, and due to the upcoming holiday...

I would prefer for the winding to have an end point, but also see the reason why it was made this way. So far I’m enjoying winding it, it takes about thirty seconds, now if it was 31days as the Lange, that’s a different story;-)))
