Still undecided about the 5236P, part of the reason being that I wear much less of dress watches for work these days ... but you captured the blue-black gradient dial very nicely in your first photo! Hope you get your 5236P soon!

What a beauty 5236P is! ๐Ÿ˜

Saw it for the first time in real life and was not disappointed. The dial is a chameleon, changing colors from black to blue. The proportions of the case are great; it really has an excellent wrist presence. I feared that the diameter of 41.3 mm was too l...

Thanks a lot, Fabrizio.

I actually ordered three novelties already in April without having seen them in the metal. As you can imagine, I cannot have the first incoming piece in each case. As regards 5326P, I will get the second piece but thereโ€™s a chance that I will get this fir...

Agree!

Lovely to see the new releases, and not just non-working ones either. Am wondering about 5236P dimensions being too generousโ€ฆ.Whilst the 5270 as a PCC has a lot to read in the dial at 41mm, with the in-line perpetual would 40mm or less have worked better ...

Many thanks.

I guess you will be positively surprised. Itโ€™s by no means a small watch but it fitted my wrist better than 5270.

Good to know

Am wondering whether this could be the โ€˜endโ€™ watch, being easier to read than 5270. But if youโ€™re ordering three novelties unseen then it answers my fear that there never is an end watch for us!๐Ÿคฃ

I probably have lost my mind.

Luckily, my financial means are limited.

Thanks, my friend.

You will love it!

Congrat in advance...I have always wanted a PC...

and this 5236P may be the one and only I need.

Thanks, my friend. ๐Ÿ™

Itโ€™s hard to imagine that it gets any better technically and esthetically.

Fantastic news V !

Great to hear that you like the 5236 and think highly of it. Most of all, congrats on being second in line to get one ! Hope to see your wrist shots soon ! Did you see the 4947 and if so what did you think of it ?

Yep, I saw it last time at my AD.

Overall, itโ€™s a nice watch. The bracelet is beautiful and very comfortable. The dial is amazing but I dislike the location of the sub-dials and their fonds (too old school). The bracelet is very short because itโ€™s a ladies watch as you can tell from the r...

Dear Volker, thanks for sharing with us the beautiful photos and your thoughts towards 5236P.

I find it a very attractive reference but would prefer its hands being the dauphine type instead of the present rods one. As it will resemble the grail 3448. Nevertheless, the brushed blue lacquer gradient dial and the in-line calendar display are gorgeou...

Thanks, Henry.

I agree with you. The hands are a bit of a letdown. I found them strange looking from the very beginning. Otherwise, itโ€™s pretty close to perfect, IMO.

Why? This is why Patekโ€™s collection is so diverse.

People have different tastes. I have been waiting for a PC like 5326P, although the hands are not to my liking.

interesting...the hands are an evolution of the 5235 hands and i personally don't object to their estethics. i don't know about legibility though.

but after all PP should be applauded for creating a watch entirely different from their other PC offerings.

Many thanks. ๐Ÿ‘

Looks great on your wrist!

I like the hands and the esthetic of the watch.

Reminds me of the Wonder Watch. Similar aesthetic to the 5320G. Love them both. Do you own the 5320? I think you might. Have a nice evening Volker. C

Thanks, Constantine. Same to you.

No, I donโ€™t own 5320G. Iโ€™m not a huge fan of the case and lugs design/shape. The dial is nice though.

Beautiful watch

It is interesting it is not supplied with the folding clasp.

It is. Thanks.

Please see the third photo for the type of clasp (folding).

My pleasure, Justin.

Curious what you will say about it once you have seen it in the metal.
