In my experience the Nautilus bracelet is ok in terms of comfort - no reason to complain - but nothing special. I don't have a 5740 but the bracelet of my 5711 is clearly inferior, for example, to the pyramid bracelet of my IWC Mark XV.

I think 5711 and 5740’s case/ bracelet’s size and thickness should be very similar. Haven’t tried IWC’s bracelet before. But comparing with my vintage and modern Rolex, nautilus’s bracelet is much thinner and better polished with beveled edge on each and ...

I like its symmetrical dial and the grand date. The power reserve (?55 hrs) is nice. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Fram. It combines the beauty of a thin Nautilus case and the functionality of grand complication inside. Though I think the best Nautilus ever made should be the original 5711/1P!

Tough to argue the comfort of a Nautilus bracelet indeed but if I had to nitpick, it would be that much better with a micro-adjustable buckle or bracelet like the VC 4500V 😉🤷‍♂️

Agree that a micro-adjustable bracelet will be more convenient. Fortunately the short links of Nautilus's bracelet can accommodate different wrist sizes in most of the time. VC's new overseas bracelet is certainly very comfortable and beautiful too!
